Frazier Rehab Residency Program

The residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is a University of Louisville affiliated program, operated and administered by Frazier Rehab Institute. Frazier is accredited by the JCAHO and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, and the program is accredited by ACGME.

The program provides three years of direct PM&R training, and residents are selected through NRMP at the PGY -2 level. Residents appointed at the PGY-2 level must have completed one year of training in fundamental clinical skills, as outlined in the "Special Requirements for Residency Training in PM&R" in the "Essentials of Accredited Residencies."
