Non-Medical Care: Hearts to Homes

Hearts to Homes provides a full range of non-medical and private duty nursing services, 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week.

We offer a vast array of services, customized to meet the needs of our clients and designed to improve the quality of life for seniors and their caregivers.

Non-Medical Services include, but are not limited to:

• Assistance with activities
• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Meal preparation
• Errands, grocery shopping
• Transportation for socialization, errands or physician appointments
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Respite care for caregivers
• Free initial assessment by a Registered Nurse
• Care Plan supervision by a Registered Nurse

Hearts to Homes Staff

You’ll find that Hearts to Homes Aides are compassionate, experienced caregivers who assist our clients to live safely and independently, whether at home or in a facility environment. Our Aides are hand selected and skilled in VNA’s highest standards of care.

Hearts to Homes is a service of VNA Nazareth Home Care. Our agency is licensed, insured and bonded. All employees have reference verification, drug screens and criminal background checks performed. All employees are CPR certified and undergo monthly competency training. All of our caregivers provide services under the direction and supervision of a RN.
