This all day program will present an overview of the preceptor role with the focus on supporting the new orientee through the orientation process.  Specific topics related to conflict, communication, and performance will be discussed.

Target Audience:  RNs and LPNs who assist in the orientation process.

To complete registration dowload the complete preceptor application and selection tool document and return to Nursing Education office at least one week prior to the course.  This serves as registration for the course.
