Every month, the Health Resource Center offers a variety of programs that help our neighbors deal with the most common health care concerns. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, please ask!Screenings.
Often, a simple test can make a world of difference to your long-term health. The Health Resource Center offers glucose, cholesterol and blood pressure screenings every Friday, as well as periodic screenings for other conditions.There is a $9 cash fee for the basic cholesterol screening. Fasting before testing is suggested. This test offers a baseline result only and does not address LDL, HDL or triglycerides.

Diabetes Management Program
We offer in-depth diabetes education, including individual consultations and group classes, provided by certified diabetes educators and a dietitian.
