Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital Names Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer
LOUISVILLE, KY (February 16, 2009) – Jewish Hospital & St. Mary’s HealthCare (JHSMH) is pleased to announce that Lisa Dolan has been named vice president and chief nursing officer for Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital (SMEH) and vice president with JHSMH. Dolan will report to Tom Gessel, president/CEO, SMEH, and vice president, JHSMH.
Dolan has been with the JHSMH organization for 30 years, and most recently led the Medical/Surgical inpatient units at Jewish Hospital. Her new responsibilities will include overseeing inpatient care, emergency services, surgery, nursing education, wound care, rehabilitation and chaplaincy services.
Dolan, and her husband, Bill, have two children.
