Dr. Eldemire is experienced in the treatment of medical conditions that commonly arise from childhood through the senior years, and he takes pride in long-term doctor-patient relationships.

Dr. Eldemire is a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine, the Canadian College of Family Physicians and the Canadian Medical Association.  He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
